We had a lightening strike that fried our AUDIO VISUAL system. Innovative Concepts, having installed all of our electronics, jumped right in, spent a whole day seeking out all the parts of our system that were affected. They performed diagnostic tests on our damaged electronics while sourcing and replacing our damaged equipment. It was so helpful to have experts in our corner to take care of us. They are great people.

I was dealing with Tina the Office Manager. We purchase the LG XBOOM 550w RK7 speaker, and we live in Columbus, Ohio. We drove there Saturday late afternoon to pick this up. They were nice enough to meet us at the store once we got there to pick it up. We appreciated that so much. My husband is so happy that he got the speaker. Thanks again Tina

I have done business with this company for over thirty years and have never had any disappointments whatsoever. I have used them for a variety of electronic purposes including home and auto stereos, tv's and computers. Their products are top shelf quality, the service is outstanding, the technical expertise and expert advice is second to none, and the clerical staff is friendly, conscientious and hard-working. In my opinion- and I know that of many others'-, this is one of the very best companies of its kind in this part of the state and, for that matter, in this part of the Midwest.
